FIA opens Formula 1 Hall of Fame
The FIA has launched a Formula 1 Hall of Fame with all 33 winners of the drivers’ world championship honoured into the new initiative a💦t the ACF headquarters in Paris, with current drivers Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alons🌜o in attendance.
Nine F1 world champions plus representatives or family members of other F1 champions attended the ceremony inc🐓luding Sir 🍸Jackie Stewart, Mario Andretti, Alain Prost, Nigel Mansell, Damon Hill, Jacques Villeneuve, Fernando Alonso, Sebastian Vettel and Nico Rosberg.

Michael Schumacher’s lon𝔍g-time manager Sabine Kehm attended the ceremony on ღbehalf of the seven-time F1 world champion, along with Bruno Senna representing his uncle Ayrton.

The F🍰IA Hall of Fame has been launched to celebrate past and present achievements in ꦉF1 and is hoped to inspire future generations.
“The FIA Hall of Fame has been created to highlight the values that run through motor sport and the champions who have been and who still are the exemplars of the FIA’s values of commitment, integrity, respect and sportsmansh🏅ip,” FIA President Jean Todt said. “This is the first stage of an ambitious project: the FIA Hall of Fame will soon expand to the FIA headquarters in Geneva, and other champions and other disciplines will be in the spotlight in the coming years.
“In this way we will celebrate all the FIA champions who have made, and who still makeও the history of motor sport so incredibly ri🍌ch and inspiring.”
With each former F1 world champion and representative in attendance giving a short speech on the prestigious honour and how they were inspired into racing, Schumacher’s manager Kehm gave a po✃ignant message on the German driver’s behalf.
“We all know Michael should be here and I am totally sure he would love to be here,” Kehm said. “He always had the highest respect for everyone in this room and he would be ve💦ry honoured.
“What made Michael so special, what made him so successfu🧔l was, as with everybody in this room, a love and passion for this spoꦫrt.”
