Max Verstappen’s furious team radio message at Lewis Hamilton’s first-lap manoeuvre at F1 Australian Grand Prix

It took only until Turn 3 of the first lap at the F1 Australian Grand Prix for Max Verstappen and Lewis Hamilton to get stuck in, prompting angry complaints from the world champion.

Pole-sitter Verstap♋pen had both Mercedes behind him on the starting grid, and George Russell soon claimed the lead on the first lap.

But it was Hamilton’s efforts at ꦐTur⛦n 3 that drew the Red Bull driver to vent his fury.

“He pushed me off the track” I was ahead at the apex! He pushed me off,” Verst🧔appen said via team radio.

Jenson Button commented on the Sky commentary: “I don’t know how heౠ pushed him wide if he wasn’t ahead. 

“He’s not pushed him wide. Max was good at giving 🔴him room or they would have collided.”

Hamilton was ahead of Verstappen in the 𝓀early exchan🦩ges in Melbourne.

But it didn't last in a crazy race with mulitplꦦe re๊d flags and a confusing conclusion.

Verstappen eventually cruised home to win - meaning Red Bull have won each of the first three races of the season - 𝓀with Hamilton in P2.
