Nonetheless, while Camier admi💃ts Oulton Park could bring this into sharper focus, he is confident he ꦿwill remain a front runner throughout the event.

"Coming away from Brands Hatch with a win and second in the championship was a great result and so my confidence is defin🗹itely high for this round," he said. "When we visited the circuit this time last year I scored my first double podium for the team, some similar results this weekend would be fantastic.

"Although we might struggle slightly with a lack of power compared to the competition, from what we learnt at the first round I think the Airwaves Yamaha YZF-R1 should h♑andle really well."

Team-mate James Ellison is also looking forward to his Oulton Park return, a circuit that played host to some of his best results in 2008, including a run ﷺto second position on the Hydrex Honda.

"I love Oulton Park, I've had the best results of my career there so I ෴can't wait to get out on track. I tied up the British Superbike Privateers Chaܫmpionship at Oulton Park is 2004 and then had two second place finishes last season, so I've got some good memories of the place and know what it takes to do well.

"With it being our first weekend on the new bike, I needed to race quite conservatively at Brands Hatch to make sure I finished both races and bought some championship points hom🐲e for Airwaves Yamaha.

"Now we know what the YZF-R1 is capable of, plus the team has worked hard over the past couple of weeks to make improvements to the package, so I'm confident this weekend we can really🗹 push and be competitive from🔥 the start."
