Maxxis could be forced out of Cadwell
Team Maxxis could miss the next round of the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship season at Cadwell Park following David Johnson's accident during the Brands Hatch tripl𒉰e-hea𓆉der.
Johnson had f﷽inished 19th in the opening race of the weekend in Kent, but then𝓰 suffered a fall at Hawthorns on the fourth lap of race two.
The incident not onܫly left Johnson injured, but also wrote off his Yamaha YZF R1, leaving the team to consider whether or not it will make the next round at Cadwell.

The incident not only left Johnson injured, but also wrote of𝐆f his Yamaha YZF R1, leaving the team to consider whether or not it will make the next round at Cadwell.
"Team MAXXIS Adept-Yamaha leaves Brands Hatch with an injured rider and a written-off YZF R1 superbike," a short statement from the team said. "The team will now head back to their workshop in Liverpool and assess the damage to the R1, and await news on t𓂃he full extent of Dave Johnson's injuries.
"Thereafter, a decision will be made by team owners John Jameson andꦍ Julian Mosquera regarding their plans for the next round at Cadwell Park."
