Astro adds weight to BSB Evo class

Top Superstock 1ꦯ000 team Astro-Chase SST has confirmed it will graduateꦇ to the new British Superbike Evo class in 2010 with Peter Ward.
A stalwart of the BSB paddock🌊, Astro is no stranger to the Superbike category having competed in a handful of rounds in 2007 and 2008, but 2010 will mark its first full-time assau♈lt.
Ward will take on rider duties for the team, the 25-year-old himself moving into the BSB clꦦass having🐎 participated in Supersport and Superstock in recent years.
"To enter BSB Evo is really important for everyone in the team and all our sponsors as we have been together from the start, so this year means we have gone full circle. The Evo class is definitely going to be close and I know that pe🦋rsonally I am going to have to adapt and train harder than I ever have before as I want to achieve the best results possible.
"I want to be ai♏ming for top three, it might not happen at the first round, but as we get more time on the bike I know we are capable of mixing it and producing the resu🧜lts."
Behind the scenes, meanwhile, 19-year-old Sam Tromans will take up th🌌e running of the team in place of his father Stuart Tromans.
"This is an exciting time for everyone involved in the team and Evo has given us the chance to make the progression. It has always been an ambitio𒐪n of mine to manage a team in Superbike and now this is our chance.
"We really believe Peter can have some good performances this year and we are lookin𒐪g forward to Brands Hatch. We just want to keep improving at each round and making good progress throughout the whole season."
