Stuart Easton retires from racing
Stuarꦦt Easton has chosen to retire from racing to bring an end to an 18-year career having claimed two B🐟ritish Supersport titles, four Macau GP wins and 28 British Championship race wins.
The 33-year-old rider has opted to hang up h🎐is racing leathers 🔯in 2017 to help run his family's car business and share more time with his wife Claire and their two sons Finley and Ellis.
Easton draws to a close a car💮eer in which he storme💧d into the headlines by winning the 2002 British Supersport championship before repeating the achievement in 2013.
The Scottish rider also enjoyed success on the road racing scene with four Macau GP wins in 2008-10 an 2014 and still holds the lap record at the Guia🤪 Circuit.
'Rat boy' has also battled back from two serious inღjuries in his career, at the North West 200 in 2011 and at Brands Hatch in BSB in 2015, but was able to return on both oc🍰casions.
This season Easton contested both the British☂ Superbike championship and the Macau GP and will be missed by all as a friendly face in the paddock.
