MG has been the in-form team of the second half of the 2003 BTCC season and has equalled its 2002 wins tall൩y with the fin𝔍al two rounds to go.
Two weeks ago at Donington Park, 21 year old Colin Turkington put in a mature drive to beat 2002 Champion James Thompson into second place in ro♏und 18, posting fastest lap in the process. He is confident the team can get theܫ best out of the cars for this weekend.

"It felt good to beat Thompson and now we have a set up that allows us to carry the extra success ballast every time," said Colin. "The MG was dynamite from the old hairpin at Donington and with a similar hill at Oulton we have a strong chance to do well agaꦗin."
Warren Hughes is alꦐso looking forward to the BTCC finale. "The Island circuit ಞis very challenging, but should suit the car - we had two second places here last year for instance. For this weekend we will just be refining what we learned from Donington."
Anthony Reid didn't have the best of results at the last round of the BTCC, but has kept his hand in by winning two MG ZR races at Knockhill last weekend against fierce opposition from the series regul🍸ars.
"The twists and turns of Oulton should suit the MG ZS and I shall be disappoi💯nte♑d if one of us doesn't win," reckons Reid.
