Mercedes cancelled Lewis Hamilton's media commitments today ahead of Sunday's F1 2013 Chinese Grand Prix after the Briton complained he didn't f🐻eel well.

According to reports from the Press Association, the 27-year-old has suffered an allergic reaction, which has lefꦇt with an inflamed and weeping eye. Although Hamilton made a number of commercial appearances on Wednesday, and did appear at the Shanghai🌌 International Circuit today, he was soon 'ordered' to return to his hotel to 'recuperate' ahead of practice on Friday.

He is now due to b𓃲e seen by a🥀 doctor later this evening.

It is understood he should be fine to race this weekend and that higher levels of air polluti🦂on than normal are to blame for his nose a🦄nd eye problems.
