Ferr🎶ari chairman Sergio Marchionne has described the 2014 F1 season as "a huge disaster" for t🎐he team.

A year of turmoil saw Ferrari fail to win a race all season for the first time since 1993, with the team only managing two podiums all year courtesy of Fernando Alonso. Following a number of personnel changes announced over the past two weeks, Marchionne said next season would also be a tough one as the team tries to la💫y the foundations for future success.

"2014 for Ferrari was a huge disaster," Marchionne said at Ferrari's Christmas media briefing. "[2015] will be a year of transition because we are late due to certain choices that 𒅌we do not share which were made in 2014"

New team principal Maurizio Arrivabene says the ma🐎in priority for next season ꦍis to ensure Ferrari is working efficiently and showing signs of progress.

"It will be a real team," Arrivabene said. "I do not believe that F1 is about the success of the individual but of the team ... We will have a tea൩m that is working together because everyone feels 🔯part of a common goal.

"If we win two grands prix next year it is a success for us, and if we win three it is a trium🐓ph."
