As part of new F1 owner Liberty Media's plan to take 💮the sport to more destination cities around the world and expand the calendar, a proposal for a race in Denmark arose in July, with preliminary meetings taking place.

As part of new F1 owner Liberty Medi💫a's plan to take the sport to more destination cities around the world and expand the calendar, a proposal for a race in Denmark arose in July, with preliminary meetꦡings taking place.

According to multiple reports in the Danish press, plans are now set to push on when🍸 F1 CEO and chairman C𒁏hase Carey visits Copenhagen on January 10 to meet with the figures behind the race.

Plans are being formulated by Helge Sander, a former Danish government minister, and Lars Seier Christensen,🐓 the ex-owner of Saxo Bank, which has enjoyed involvement in F1 in the past.

Denmark is currently represented in F1 by Kevin Magnussen, who races for the Haas team, while a race in Copenhagen may also attract fans from nearby nations such as Sweden and Finland, both of which are 𓆉;witℱhout a grand prix.
