The Ferrari protege posted a best time of 1m19.648s on Soft tyres and ﷽completed 66 laps of running around the Hungaroring in the Scuderia’s 2018 challenger, before he takes over testing duties for Sauber on Wednesday.

Giovinazzi ended an uninterrupted Tuesday morning 0.318s clear of Lando Norꦐris, who will complete both days of running for McLaren, while Force India development 𝕴driver Nicholas Latifi finished third, just 0.028s behind Norris.
Marcus Ericsson put his Sauber fourth on the timesheets and completed 63 laps of running for the Swiss outfit, with Toro Rosso’s Brendon Hartley fifth-quickest on his way to racking up the most laps of the♑ morning with 94.
Formula 2 championship leader and Mercedes junior George Russell completed the fewest laps of any driver on just 21 but still managed a ti🅠me good enough for sixth and within six tenths of the fastest time.
ജDaniel Ricciardo turned in 76 laps and finished seventh-fastest on a productive morning for Red Bull, ahead of Nico Hulkenberg’s Renault and Williams young driver Oliver Rowland.
