Sainz confirmed for maiden McLaren F1 test in Abu Dhabi
Carlos Sainz Jr. will drive for McLaren for the first time next week in Abu Dhabi after be♎ing confirmed by the Formula 1 team as part of 𒈔its line-up for the post-Abu Dhabi Grand Prix tyre test.
Sainz announced over the summer he wou♌ld be leaving Renault after one full season with the team in order to join McLaren for 2019, signing a multi-year deal.

Sainz will feature for McLaren on the Wednesday of the tyre test, with 2019 teammate and F1 rookie Lando Norris completing running on the෴ Tuesday.
Sainz is one of a number of drivers changing colours for the test, with Pierre Gasly (Red Bull), Char♍les Leclerc (Ferrari), Lance Stroll (Force India) and Daniil Kvyat (Toro Rosso) all due to complete running with their 2019 teams early.
