The FIA has confirmed that Antonio Giovinazzi is set to take a 10-place grid penalty after moving onto his thi🌳rd control elect🍷ronics element of the season.

Reliability issues with the C🅘E part issued by power unit s𝄹upplier Ferrari in the early part of the year caused Giovinazzi to move onto his second element of the season in China.

An 🎐updated part was issued by Ferrari over the Shanghai weekend, but was not taken by Alfa Romeo immediate🐼ly, causing Giovinazzi to miss qualifying.

The team has now introduced the updated CE part to both Giovinazzi and teammate Kimi Raikkonen’s cars for t🌊he Azerbaijan race weekend.

The change sees Giovinazzi move onto his third CE of the year, breaking the season li🌄mit of two, meaning he will serve a 10-place grid penalty on Sunday.

Honda's power♛ unit updates were also confirmed in the technical bulletin issꦏued by the FIA, with both Red Bull drivers taking a new engine, turbocharger, MGU-K and MGU-H for the race weekend.

Toro Rosso racers Alexander Albon and Daniil Kvyat have both taken a fresh engine, mꦍoving onto their third o💦f the year.
