Pierre Gasly is ha🍸ppy to be working with Toro Rosso again as he embarks on the second half of the 2019 Formula 1 season with the team following his Red Bull demotion.

The Frenchman has swapped seats with Alexander 💎Albon for the remaining nine rounds of the c♌ampaign following a difficult start to life at Red Bull.

Gasly was consistently and comprehensively outperformed by Max Verstappen and scored 118 points less than his teammat✃e, who also claimed two victories in Austria and Germany. A fourth place finish at Silverstone was the best result Gasly could muster in his 12-race spell with the team, before Red Bull opted to shake-up itꩲs line-up.

“The su﷽mmer break is over and I am back with my Italian family fo💞r the rest of the season and I'm happy to be working with Toro Rosso again,” he said.

“I've ha⭕d a couple of weeks to rest and train to get ready for the nine upcoming races so I can give my best performance fo💝r the team.

“It was nice to have that time off to reflect 𝕴on the first half of the season, but now I'm fully focuss🥀ed on the rest of the season and ready to get going again.”

Gasly, who partners podium finisher Daniil Kvyat at the Fa🀅enza squad, said he is determined to recapture the sort of form that ultimately led to his Red Bull pro🌱motion in the first place.

“We have been busy with preparations for the rest of the season this week, I went to the factory to meet wit✃h my 🗹engineers and have my seat fit, trying to be as prepared as possible for the weekend,” he added.

“It's going to be great racing again after the break, especially on my favourite trඣack of the season at Spa - it's a track I really enjoy and have had great races there in the past. I had my first win in singl♛e seaters there in Formula 4 and I also won the Feature Race in GP2 back in 2016.

“Now the main focus is on extracting the maximum of the car until the end of the season with Tor꧋o Rosso. I'll do my best to bring as many points as I can f♍or the team to help defend our position in the constructors' championship.”
