Ferrari Formula 1 driver Charles Leclerc is facing a double i꧟nvestigation following qualifying for the Styria꧃n Grand Prix.

The stewards aꦆre investigating Leclerc for impeding another car as well as failing 🦄to abort a timed-lap during a red-flag period.

Leclerc struggled during the wet qualifying session and 🧸was knocked out at the end of Q2 as Ferrari’s dismal start to the 2020 season continued. As a result, he ♋will start a provisional 11th on the grid.

But Leclerc could yet be pe🐠nalised with a grid drop after the FIA confirmed he ha𓂃d been summoned for two separate offences.

The Moneqasque, who claimed an unlikely second-place finish last time out🃏 in the season-opening Austrian 🥀Grand Prix, appeared to hold up AlphaTauri’s Daniil Kvyat during Q2.

He also failed to return to the pits immediately after a red flag was shown when Antonio Giovinazzi stopped on track i🃏n his Alfa Romeo right at the end of Q1.

“The main problem today wasไ that we were just not quick enough,” Leclerc conceded after being dumped out of Q2.

"There was just not mucꦦh we could do. We were 1.8 off. However we look at it, we are just to💙o slow at the moment. We just need to work.''

Alfa Romeo’s Kimi Raikko🐟nen has also been summoned for failing to abort a lap during the red flag period.

Meanwhile, Racing ♏Point driver Sergio Perez is under investigation for failing to sl💞ow for yellow flags at Turn 3 in Q1.

Leclerc will see the stewards at 1800 local time (1700 BST) on Saturday evening followওing the conclusion of qualifying.
