Next month’s Tuscan Grand Prix at Mugello is set to become the fir🔯st race of the 2020 Formula 1 season to allows fans to spectate from the grandstands.

All of the races so far in 2020 havꦬe been behin🌸d closed doors following the global COVID-19 pandemic.

Mugello - which hosts a world championship F1 grand prix for the first time - will open its doors to a select number of fans in Septembeﷺr.

The Tuscan Grand Prix will also mark Ferrari's 1000th race in the sport - and the third💙 race this season situated in th𒅌e Italian Peninsula with Italian Grand Prix at Monza taking place a week before Mugello, while F1 returns to Imola for the first time since 2006 in late-October.

Organisers 𓆉have announced 2,880 tickets are on sale for the race weekend across three grandstands.

An announcement from Mugello said: “During the three-day GP, 2,880 sp🥂ectators can attend the event every day: 1,000 in Tribuna Centrale, [and] 1,000 in Tribuna🅘 Materassi.

“Members of Scuderia Ferrari clubs will be offered a priva🎉te allocation of 880 tickets available for purchase for Tribuna 58.

“A detailed operating plan, presented by Mugello Circuit and approved by Regione Toscana, contai💧ns all the anti-COVID-19 actions envisaged in this circumstance to guarantee the maximum safety for all attendees - tickets will be available from Tuesday, 1 September.”

Race organisers for the Russian Grand Prix in Sochi confirmed in July their hopes to open allow a large quantity of 𝓀spectators into the race, with tickets already on sale.

No information regarding spectators has been given for the returning Turkish Grand Prix in Istanbul, nor the two Bahrain Grands Prix, while ไꦉthe Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will be run behind closed doors as it closes the season on December 13.
