Tsuonda had already tested Toro Rosso’s 2019 STR14 earlier in February as the♔ Japanese driver makes the step up from Formula 2 after an impressive first season.

The 20-year-old 💧finished the season third in the standings, just 15 points behind eventual champion and Haas F1 driver Mick Schumacher.

2020 was the Faenza-based team's stron🐼gest season to date in terms of points scored.

Gaജsly and Daniil Kvyat scored 107 points on the team’s way to seventh in the constructors’ championship.
