Verstappen leaves hospital after 51G shunt in F1 British GP

The Red Bull driver suffered an enormous high-speed crash at Copse after tangling with world championship rival Lewis Hamilton as they battled for the lead on the first 🃏la🌳p of Sunday’s British Grand Prix.
Verstappen was able to🔯 walk away from the scene of his destroyed Red Bull car but appeared t🉐o be badly winded.
After an initial inspection at Silv💛erstone’s medical centre, Verstappen was transferred to hospital in Coventry for further precautiona🧸ry checks after he had complained of dizziness.

After the race, Red Bull team principal Christian Horner said that Verstappen had “retained conscꦍiousness at all times” and was “battered and bruised” following the biggest accident of his career.
On Sunday evening, Verstappen posted an update confirming he had been given the green light to leave hospital൩.

Verstappen had earlier accused Hamilton of being “disrespectfꦬul” and “unsportsmanlike” in the manner he celebrated his eighth Britis﷽h Grand Prix victory.
