F1 will race in Miami for the first time in the sport’s history next year af🔜ter officials signed a 10-year deal to host a grand prix inꦏ April.

O𓆏riginally, F1 hoped to host a first-ever race in Miami in 2019 but was forced to scrap those plans.

The inaugural🐈 rꦡace in Miami is set to take place on May 8, with the grand prix taking place at a new purpose-built track around the Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins NFL team.

Masi recently visited the home of the new tra🔯ck and he is confident it will be a “proper circuit”.

“It is a proper circuit,” Mas🅺i said. “It is far from a race in a car park, considering the level of work that is ongoing there in a number of areas.

“The facility is coming along really, really ⛎well and it will be something unique.”

Masi was impressed by how circuit construction is progressi🔯ng alongside the normal progr♍amme of events at the stadium.

“They’re having to integrate an NFL season between all the work that they’r🎐e doing and sort of c✱ompartmentalise the areas of work they’re doing at the stadium.

“I think it’s a credit to them they were doing major work there lဣast week then obviously had to put everything back to a level for the Dolphins game to happen on the weekend and start again sort of the following day. So Miami’s coming along really well.”
