In the final five minutes of FP2, Leclerc lost control of his Ferrari inꦑto Turn 22, a high-spe꧑ed left-hander.

His car pirouetted into the barriers, comple𝓰tely destroying the rear of his car.

The team confirmed shortly after FP2 Leclerc's chassis and power unit can be used for the rest🌳 of the weekend.

Leclerc will be thankful that his chassis remained undamaged as Ferrari was force🐬d to change it between qualifying and the grand prix in Qatar after finding a crack in it which severely affected his performance at the Losail Circuit.

A statement from Ferrari read: "Charles came back to the hospitality after routine medical checks having been given the all-cle🔯ar by the do൩ctors."

The team also🍸 confirmed that it is now checking for chassis or power unit dama༺ge ahead of final practice on Saturday.

The Monegasque ended the session 10th fastest overall, 0.7s shy of seven-time F1 cham🌳pion Lewis Hamilton who set the pace for Mercedes.
