UNI-Virtuosi's Felipe Drugovich ended the three days of Formula 2 tes🎉ting at theꦛ Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya fastest overall.

The Brazilian set the fastest time of the te🉐st on the fi💙nal day during the morning session.

Due to the two month break between the first round in Bahrain and the next round in Monaco at the end of May, organisers arranged a three-day test in𓂃 Barcelona. 

Drugovich’s 1🐭m27.945s put him nearly 0.2s clear of Prema’s Oscar Piastri in the overall final classification.

MP Motorsport’s Richard Verschoor, AඣRཧT’s Christian Lundgaard and Hitech’s Liam Lawson completed the top five. 

Current F2 points leader Guanyu Zhou set the 14th fastest time overal♓l across the three days of testing.

Day 1 

Lundgaard dom♋inated the opening day of testing at the Circuit 𝐆de Barcelona-Catalunya as he topped both sessions.

The 🍸ART Grand Prix driver completed 79 laps on t𝓰he opening day as he got to grips with the Spanish circuit very quickly. 

It waꦇs a disruptive day with five separate red flag stoppages.

In the morning session, Jehan Daruvala was forced tཧo stop his Carlin at Turn 1, while Piastri caused the second as he stopped at𝓀 Turn 3.

Gianluca Pete🐲cof spu๊n his Campos between Turns 2 and 3, coming to a halt in the gravel trap and thus causing the third red flag of the morning session.

Lirim Zendeli and Roy🦋 Nissany caused two further red flags in the afternoon session on a stop-start day to testing in Spain.

Day 2

Verschoor was the man to beat on day tw𓄧o of the test as he continued his good form from the opening round♛ in Bahrain.

The Dutchman finished fifth in the second sprint race and then foღllowed up with a fourth-place in the feature race at the Bahrain International Circuit.

Ralph Boschung was se🤡cond fastest for Campos, 0.194s off Verschoor, just ahead of Drugovi𒆙ch.

Day 3

Drugovich was the only man to break into the 1m28s bracket in testing and it came during the morning session of day th🦂ree.

A 1m27.945s on the medium tyres put him nearly 0.2s clear of Piastri in second - enough to put him fastest of all across the three days of testing൲.

Lundgaard was third faste🍷st ahead of Lawson and Jüri Vips.

Theo Pourchaire was sixth in the second ART Grand Prix, while Prema’s Robert Shwartzman could only manage seventh on day thr♈ee - 0.5s shy of Drugovich’s ꦚimpressive benchmark.
