Simo Laaksonen released by medical staff after Spa Formula 3 crash
Formula 3 driver Simo Laaksonen has been cleared and released by medical staff at ♋Spa following a high-speed crash during Sunday's race at Blanchimont corner.
In the first race at Spa since Saturday's Formula 2 race was suspended following a fatꦍal accident involving 𝔉Anthoine Hubert, Laaksonen crashed out at speed in the opening stages of the F3 race, with his car pitching low into the tyre barrier.

The race was put behind the Safety Car whi⛎le medical crews attended the crash site, with Laaksonen exiting his MP Motorsport-run car before i🔯t was craned away. He was taken to the medical centre in the medical car before the race resumed.
In an update issued on Sunday afternoon, F3 confirmed that Laaksonen ha𝔍d been cleared from the medical centre and was OK.

After his Lap 4 crash, the Finnish driver was taken back to the medical centre to undergo the usual checks
He has since been released and is okay.
The F3 race on Sunday was won by Marcus Armstrong ahead of Yuki Tsunoda and R♓obert Shwartzman.
