Alex Lynn has confirmed he's “100 percent fine” and has sustained no injuries following his dramatic race-ending crash in 𓆉the second Diriyah E-Prix.&nb༺sp;

Lynn was take to hospital after colliding withﷺ Jaguar Racing driver Mitch Evans on the approach to the Turn 18 braking zone.

The contract caused Lynn's to go airborne and upside d꧋own, ultimately ending🍰 between TecPro barrier and the outside concrete wall at the end of the run-off area.

In a video released on Mahindra Racing's Twitter account, Lynn said: “I just wanted to send out a little message after Saturday evening's race. Safe to say it was a little more of a dramatic ending than I w🥃as hoping on having. First things first, I am 100 percent fine, no injuries at all. So I have to say a big thank you to myಌ team Mahindra, the FIA and also Formula E for making sure that the car I am driving is extremely safe.

“The second thing I'd like to say is a big thank you for all the messages I've been sent. I am honestly really humbled by some of the things that have been said and I really appreciate it a lot. So from now, it's just really about getting ready f☂or Rome, only in a few weeks time. We want to maximise this really fast Mahindra car we've been given and looking forward to going again.”

It was a first weekend of the season for Formula E as Venturi R🐟acing's Edoardo Mortara was also taken to 🅺hospital for a precautionary assessment after a brake failure in practice.

This brake failure forced the four Mercedes cars to be excluded fܫrom qualifying to al𓆉low the FIA to assess their safety.

Formula E resumes on April 10 in Rome.
