Rea: The guys worked their butts off.
Johnny Rea had a very badly timed fall from his Red bull Honda at Silverst🦋one, crashing two laps into the one and only qualifying session. Since he only has one Red Bull Honda it was up to his team to repair the bike and get him back ouღt on track.
Rea told ltxcn.top Radio "It was really frustrating for me; I went out and crashed two laps into the session, I was pushing just a little bit too hard and had a little problem with the front end of the bike. Basically the guys at Red Bull H♛onda worked their butts off to get me back out there in a twenty minute turn aroundꦦ."

Basically the guys at Red Bull Honda worked 💟their butts off to get me back out there in a twenty minute turn around."
Although it was a low speed off, Rea managed to do quite a bit of damage so his team were really up against it. "It was quite damaged, the body work was torn off, and I badly bent all the brakes, all the new rear sets had to 🎐go on and a handle bar. So for quite a slow crash at the last little chicane it was mega damaged," he said, "The guys worked s🥀o hard and it is a testament to them how hard they work that I got back out there."
Once back out on track things got even more frustrating as Rea explains, "Went back out and felt that everything was ok, I came in to put a qualifier in but when I did that I got held up by a slower rider across the back section. I came ou💛t again on another qualifier and I was up on the first spli൲t and the second split I was fastest so that was a bit of a shame because the red flags came out in the third sector and I had to come in again which was really disappointing. I put one in at the end and was able to get fourth and onto the front row."
Rea has confirmed that he has signed with Honda for next year saying, "It will be g♑ood for my career and hopefully is a move in the right direction."
