Good ol' Alan Gow has certainly stirred things up in the BTCC arena for the 2004 season. Next se🎐ason will feature 💞not one, not two, but three races a day meaning there's going to be action aplenty.

Three races on race day in the hotly contested series is going to mean that the teams are going to have their work cut out to keep the cars on the grid. Fortunately for the overworked spanners, there's no mandatory pitstops next yea🍷r.

The first race of raceday will be feature a gird according to 🍸qualifying times set on the previous day, whilst the second race should be exciting due to it featuring a reversed top-ten grid. The final race, should cars and drivers remain intact, will have a grid according to the finishing positions from the second race.

The field should be significantly swelled from this year's with 🌠cars to ETCC spec being allowed in. New sporting regs are being introduced to ensure the ETC and BTC cars benefit from equal performance, wi𝔍thout impacting on their differing technical regulations.

Upon the announcement of the new format for 2004 series director, Ala🐽n Gow, commented: "Three sprint races, with a reversed top ten in the second race, will provide plenty of fast and furious action. With 30 races all counting for the championship, nobody is going to have an easy run to the title."

"With all the changes we have made and announced ꦕover th🌸e last few months, the 2004 BTCC is set to become one of the most enthralling and exciting ever," he continued. "There is a real sense of energy, anticipation and excitement about it all. We are definitely 'on a roll'."
