Martin wins Spring Cup for Tyco BMW

Tyco BMW's Guy Martin won the Spr꧑ing Cup outright at Oliver's Mount, Scarborough, with fourth place in the wet on Sunday enough to wrap up victory overall.
Martin had won Sa🅠turday's first leg of the feature race in the dry, reeling in early leader Ryan Farquhar, who was making ☂his return to the 1000cc class on the KMR/SGS Kawasaki after a two-year absence.
In the second leg on Sunday, Daley Mathison took the honours on his 600cc Suzuki, opening a lead of one and a half seconds by the▨ end of the first lap over Tom Weeden with Lintin third.
Mathison r💙emained in front throughout with Weeden and Lintin holding station in the rostrum places, while Martin was content to sit back in fourth place, knowing it was all that was required to clinch the Spring Cup following his victory in the first leg.
Northern Irelan💙d riders Farquhar and Lee Johnston opted to give the race a miss due to the poor weather conditions, although Harrison ventured out on the Mar-Train Yamaha, crossing the line in s൲eventh place.
Mathison completed a double on 🐈the day as he also won the second leg of the Junior Supersport race, overhauling Cowton on lap one to open a gap of 3.5 seconds from Harrison, wh🐭o had moved through to second place.
Harrison pulled out on lap three on the Mar-Train Yamaha as ꦐMathison continued to set the pace from Lintin and Dan Hegarty.
Despite Lintin's best efforts, he was unable to do anything about Mathison, who won with si♒x seconds in hand as Hegarty took third ahead of Ja🧜mes Neesom and Cowton.
Only seven riders lined up for the second leg of the Sen♎ior 🗹race, the final event of the day, with Harrison, Mathison and Lintin joined by Mark Goodings, Mick Goodings, Dave Hewson and Franck Petricola.
Harrison was first across the line on the Mar-Train Yamaha R6 by 0.205s from Mathison, but the pair were demoted to fourth and fifth respectively by the organisers for riding 'incorrect machinery' following their decisio💦n to compete on their Supersport bi🅘kes, with Lintin taking the win from Goodings and Hewson.
Harrison has won the first leg on Saturday to give the new Yamaha YZF-R1M its first roads ๊success.
Lintin won the second leg of the Supertwins race, which was red-flagged and the result declared based on positions at the end of lap four. Cowton f🍃inished a𓆉s the runner-up with Hegarty completing the rostrum.
