The Misano circuit, home of the San Marino MotoGP, is being compl🐓etely resurfaced.

The work, requiring ꦦ5000 tons of asphalt, is being overseen by﷽ Dromo design and project management and, weather permitting, is expected to be complete by March 10.

Dromo has pledged a faster and safer circuit due to the revised 🧸asphalt, run-off areas, ꦿplus corner and kerb re-profiling.

"Misano W𒊎orld Circuit has accepted MotoGP's request for improving the safety systems," said FIM Grand Prix Sa♊fety Officer Franco Uncini.

"The owners of the circuit have always agreed to FIM and FIA requests, a clear sign that the management of MWC is always careful to ensure a track and facility with thඣe highest levels of safety and performance.

"Increasing safety allows an increase in the pe🍒rformance and consequently to increase the public's interest in Misano which is always present in large amounts. Also this year we expect to see it 'so🔜ld out'! "

Misano is the local circuit of Valentino Rossi, who claimed his first home win since 2009 in 𝐆last season's event. Earlier in the weekend, the w🌸et Friday practice sessions claimed numerous victims, perhaps prompting the asphalt changes.
