IMS officials worked with series organi൩ser Dorna Sports and governing body FIM to create the 16-turn, 2.645-mile circuit featuring new turn configurations and bra🧜king zones, aimed at creating more passing opportunities.
The entire infield s♔ection of the circuit will also be resurfaced to create a more uniform, smooth racing surfa🌱ce. This was needed to address criticism from riders of the varying grip levels caused by the different types of asphalt previously in place.
