Race Direction has imposed a 15-place grid penalty on Moto2 rookie Johann Zarco🐭, following a collision with Pol Espargaro in Saturday morning practi♚ce at Mugello.
Zarco tagged the back of Espargaro at turn one, sending them ⛎both into the gravel. Zarco walked away but Espargaro was taken to the medical centre.
The Pons Kalex ri🌺der, second in the championship to Marc Marquez, ꦺlater emerged sore but standing and should be on track during this afternoon's qualifying session.
Espargaro had been fastest in both ൲of Friday'ꦅs sessions.
