The FIM has announced the Moto2 teams w♈hich♒ have had their entry accepted for the 2011 season.

Several further team entries are 🎃on a 'pending 🎶list'.

The full FIM press release is as follows:

"The Selecti🐎on Committee comprising delegates of the FIM, Dorna and IRTA met on 30 September in Motegi to select the teams which will be invited to participa𝔉te in 2011. The committee considered applications from 36 teams applying for 61 places.

"15 teams comprising 29 riders were accepted. A limited number 🍸of other teams have been placed on a pending list to be considered later for the remaining places. It was unfortunately necessary to refuse applications from a significant number of other teams, mainly those currently competing in other cl🎐asses or Championships.

"Accepted teams now have until 30 October to confirm their riders and lodge a security deposi🍸t with IRTA. Should any of the accepted teams propose riders not acceptable to the Committee, or if the security deposit is not pa🐲id, then consideration will be given to other teams.
