Force India receive police visit.

The Force India F1 team has confirmed that it received a visit from police and legal personnel du❀ring the opening day of the German𓆉 Grand Prix at the Nurburgring - but insists that the matter is minor.

The Force India F1 team has confirmed that it received a visit from police and legal pers🦂onnel during the opening day of the German Grand Prix at the Nurburgring - but insists that the matter i🌺s minor.

The Silverstone-based team attracted attention both on and off track on Friday [10 July] for, while Giancarlo Fisichella and Adrian Sutil were posting top six times in the two 90-minute fre✱e practice sessions, behind the scenes it was being visited by legal representatives - accompanied by uniformed personnel - demanding that the team's motorhome be vacated as it was to be seized, along with other team property.

"This dispute with the contractor has been on-going since last season, and pertains to the quality of construction of the motorhome 💞and its functionality," a team statement issued overnight confirmed, "The contractor decided to take matters into their own hands without due notice and process, and approached a local German court who were presented with highly disputable facts.

"Force India will resolve matters during ꦛthe weekend with the contractor, but will fiercely contest the wrongful claims made ✨by them before the local German court if no amicable settlement is achieved."
