Berwick's star man, Stanislaw Burza had a blistering night's racing at Edinburgh's Armadale 🎃Stadium on Fr𒈔iday night when he competed in the prestigious Keyline Scottish Open, an event he had already pin pointed as a trophy he desperately wanted to win one week earlier.

Up against a tough field including last year's winner, David Howe as well as hard contenders of the likes of Andre Compton, Jason Lyons, Shane Parker and Danny Bird to name but 🧸5.

In his qualification heats he was only beaten once - by the sensational home youngster and former Newcastle Diamond making massive steps in the sport now, William Lawson, in Heat 3, his first race of the night. Following the Pole was untouchable, even pulling hard round the outside of the superb Shane Parker꧅ in Heat 12 following the Glasgow Aussie's blast ꦕfrom the gate to lead, but Stan was out in front before the 1st lap was over.

Top scorer after the 2🐎0 qualification heats, Stan automaticall🌳y went through to the final with 2nd top scorer, Sheffield's Andre Compton.

The Semi Final put Mildenhall's Jason Lyons and Magnus Karlsson of Wolverhampton into the Final as well, bu🦄t it was Stan the Man himself who, after a little hiccup early on in the race, took the lead and won the trophy emphatically.

It was a win of the finest variety and one Burza 💟will be proud of for many a long season to come.
