As reported yesterday, doctors treating seriously iಌnjured Czech Republic star Ales Dryml at Oxford's John Radcliffe hospital took the decision to move him out of the Intensive Care Unit to the specialist Neurological Unit which is still housed in the old hospital, the John Radcliffe Infirmary.

That move took place on Saturday and went well although, overnight, doctors and nurses there had to respond and treat Ales accordingly when some minor problems arose. We are informed that Ales resꦏponded well to that treatment and his condition is stable.

One or two further problems arose during yesterday (Sunday) but, again, the medical staff took the appropriate action and controlled them with Ales responding. No further treatment is planned at this stage with doctors allowing Ales, who remains sedated, to rest before th🏅ey take the next steps in assisting his recov🧸ery.

The remainder of the Dryml family returned to where they are staying nearby for some much needed rest and, once again, have specifically asked that their sincere thanks be expressed to everyone who has posted messages of support via the temporary guest book set up for that purpose. It is, they say, of great comfort and inspiration to them to know that everyone is behin🌌d Ales and indeed them at this extremely difficult time.

He commented, "The hospital have come up trumps in that they found a fully trained Intensive care / neurological nurse who is fluent in the Czech language and assigned her as part of the team caring for Alex.

"This means sh🔥e can respondꦏ to any questions posed by the family in their own language rather than anything being lost in translation as it were and the Drymls are grateful to the hospital authorities for their initiative in doing this for them."
