Exiled V8 driver and Ford stalwart Glenn Seton i🐓s set to partner James Courtney in the 2006 Betta Electrical 500 and Super Cheap Auto Bathurst 1000.

Seton who along with 2005 team co-driver Luke Youlden will step into one of the acclaimed Stone Brothers Racing Falcons at the two endurance ꧟races of the V8 Supercar Championship.

A former V8 Supercar Champion (and the first of the current formula), Seton will drive with Courtney in 🔯the #4 Jeld Wen Racing BF F🍒alcon. Having never won at Bathurst in his illustrious and extensive Touring Car career, Seton is looking forward to the opportunity to seal a debut win at Mount Panorama.

"Teaming up with SBR has provཧided me with a gre🌺at opportunity to achieve my ultimate goal, which is to win Bathurst," said Seton.

"To be sharing a car with a🐎n exceptional young-blood like James and working with a team 𒆙that has a fantastic history, including three consecutive championship wins, I really couldn't ask for more."

Reigning Champion Russell Ingall will once again be partnered by 2005 co-driver Luke Youlden. Having being forced to overcome many obstacles and run-ins with the judicial system at the 2005 Super Cheap Auto 1000, it was a testament to the duo's excellent driving skills 💃at Bathurst that earned them a top ten finish.

"For me, it's a bit of a feather in the cap to be asked ba𒁏ck again to do the endurance drives with SBR," 🌠said Youlden.

"I'm really happy about that and extremely pleased to be involved with the best team in Australia. Being p𝄹aired with Russell again is great, we got along really well last year and I learnt so much from him so it will be great to continue that association."

The option to sign Seton, who was left drive-less when dumped b♉y former team Dick Johnson Racing at the end of 2004, 👍was one that could not be left to get away according to team boss Ross Stone.

"We have a good mix of yo🗹uth and experience with James and Russell in the team and that is working really well for SBR right now," said Stone.

"Signing Glenn a🐠nd Luke for the enduros means that we can maintain 🦩that balance in each car and get the most out of our drivers.

"Jimmy (Stone) and I have always admi🉐red Glenn. He is a tough competitor and we feel that James will really benefit from his experience in endurance races."

With the sprint championship getting underway in just over a month's time in Adelaide, Seton is also set to replace Warren Luff as driver of the Stone Brothers Racing 3-seater ride car - which will operate through🎐out various Australian locatio💟ns during 2006.

Meanwhile regular drivers Ingall and C꧑ourtney will contest all thirteen rounds of the championship that will this year feature reverse-grid races.

All four SBR drivers will b🔯e on hand at the Yatala squad's annual Open day at the team's headquarter🃏s - an occasion which will also feature the unveiling of the team's two BF Falcons for the 2006 Championship.
