"I thin꧃k we had a very good day," he said. "Unfortunately at the end when I was on softer tyres trying to go for fastest lap, it started to rain, but being fourth in cඣlass still generally met our goal.

The Alex Job Racing / BAM! team enjoyed a productive test session🍰 in France as preparations continue for the upcoming Le Mans 24 Hours.

The꧑ nine-hour test gave drivers Marc Lieb, Mike Rockenfeller and Leo Hindery the chance to get reacquainted with famous circuit, and resulted in a fourth fastest༺ time in the GT2 class with Rockenfeller behind the wheel of the #71 Porsche.

"I think we had a very ❀good day," he said. "Unfortunately at the end when I was on softer tyres trying to go for fastest lap, it started to rain, but being fourth in class still generally met our goal.

"I think we are now ve🌞ry close to having a race-winning car and tyres, and I am very grateful to the guys, to Porsche and to Yokohama. We will now see how it goes for the race."

Hindery and Lieb were also pleased with the way the day had gone, with Hi𝓰ndery in particular pleased with what he describe💧d as one of his best days at Le Mans.

"That was as good a day as you can have here in just one day of testing," he said. "Our result was a real compliment to Yokohama, to Porsche and to the crew. You show u♎p here and need to do everything really well in the one day you have - and we did. I had by far the best lap time of my four years at Le Mans, and I owe everything to Yokohama, Porsche, the crew and my co-drivers. It was a wonderful, wonderful day."

T🍌eam boss Alex Job was understandably pleased with Hinderys performance - and that of the team in general - while chief engineer Tim Munday was also happy with a productive test.

"We arrived this morning with a lot of unknowns in the tyres and the car set-up after a bad event at Mid-Ohio two weeks ago kept us from getting any practice time," he said. "We worked through all of the car set-up and tyre options for this event and now believe we have found good sol♍utions for the race and for quali💛fying.

"All three drivers are now comfortable with the package and are able to run consistently fast lap times for the race distance. Leo Hindery improved his personal best time from 2004 by a substantial amount and is confidently predicting even faster times in the up and coming practice ses🔯sions. The team collaboration between Alex Job Raci🍎ng and BAM! is gelling nicely, with all team members applying their particular expertise to one common goal - race victory!"
