Jarno Trulli has dඣedicated his provisional front row grid slot to the memory of a close friend killed while the Italian was going about the business of qualifying for the Malays🧔ian Grand Prix.

Only told of the nꦡews after he had completed his timed run at Sepang, Trulli made the emotional dedication during the end-of-day pr𒁏ess conference.

"I'm pretty happy 🐟about the result, especially for the team, which has been working really hard, but, at the moment, I have mixed feelings," he said sadly, "I'm happy about my result but, on the other hand, I'm shocked becaus🐠e I've just heard the news that a friend of mine has just died. I want to dedicate this front row to Stefano."
