Eury Sr will move into the position of 'Director of Competition' for Dale Earnhardt Incorporated as Pete Rondeau moves across from Mi🌺chael Waltrip's #15 NAPA Chevrolet team to be crew chief on Earnhardt Jr's car.

Steღve Hmiel, DEI's previous Director of Competition who was ejected from the Homestead-Miami Speedway during the Ford 400 weekend for making derogatory remarks about NASCAR while acting as a spotter, will take up the role of 'Tecౠhnical Director' for the team.

Eury Sr's son, Tony Eury ♒Jr, will move from Earnhardt Jr's team, where he is currently t﷽he car chief, and become Waltrip's crew-chief for the 2005 season.
