"We investigated a siꦕmilar concept a few years ago and at that time it didn't seem to offer anything to us - but now perhaps it isꦇ something we should look at again."
Renault's director of engineering, Pat Symonds, has also admitted that ꦕthe 🀅idea could be incorporated onto the new R24 - Renault's 2004-car.
Symonds speaking at the Autosport show told Reuters: "The new Williams [unveiled♚ to the world last Monday] appears inte🎃resting and logical.
"We'll look 🔯at it in📖 the wind tunnel soon and other teams will be trying it as well, I'm sure.
"We could incorporate the idea into our 2004 car.
"But really you can'tℱ look at one part in isolation. You need to under♑stand the whole concept otherwise you won't get very far."
