Talented Du🌸tchman Robert Doornbos has been selected by Marlboro to join its driver support programme, officially presenting the Formula Three racer to the national and international media gathered for a pre-event press event ahead of August's Zandvoort Marlboro Masters.

Both Doornbos and Ghinzani Racing team-mate Alvaro Parente will carry the cigarette company's famous red-and-wh🐟ite corporate colours during the 8-10 August international F3 weekend, giving the Dutchman a boost before his home event.

"I'm really happy to have be chosen as the official Marlboro driver for the Marlboro Masters," he commented, "It is an important opportunity for me and I'm looking forward to the Masters, as it is special to drive in frontܫ of my home crowd.

"L🦋ast year, I was able to impress in practice and qualifying, but then ꧟I was unfortunately knocked out on the parade lap... With the gained experience of Team Ghinzani and myself, I only have one goal for this year - victory!"
