Haas to start Belgian GP weekend with Brembo brakes

🎀Haas Formula 1 chief Günther Steiner has confirmed the team will start this weekend’s Belgian Grand Prix running Brembo brakes as it bids to get to the bottom of its ongoingꦇ problems.

Haas has been blighted with brake setup issues since making its F1 debut back in 2016, and has been swapp♍ing between Brembo and Carbon Industrie kits throughout this season.

Haas Formula 1 chief Günther Steiner has confirmed the team will start this weekend’s Belgian Grand Prix running Brembo brakes as it bids to g﷽et to the bottom of its ongoing problems.

Haas has been blighted with brake setup issues since making its F1 debut back in 2016, and has been swapping be✃tween Brembo and Carbon Industrie kits throughout this season.

Steiner previously said that drivers Romain Grosjean and Kevin Magnussen were welcome to run different suppliers on their cars, but confirmed ahead of F1’s return to Spa that both would begin the weekend with Bre🥀mbo brakes.

“At ♉Spa, we will be running B𒁏rembos to start off with and then we will see,” Steiner said.

“The plan at the moment is to run Brembos.”

While Haas has begun to switch🥀 some of its focus to its 2018 car, Steiner confirmed that another update package will arrive later in the season as the team bids to improve on P7 in the constructors’ championship.

“We ar🦂e still working thr𓂃ough the data we gained from our last wind tunnel test to see if we bring another package for Japan or when we go to the United States,” Steiner said.

“It looks more like we may bring ♏some more updates for the U.S. Grand Prix.”
