Munoz completes six-car Andretti line-up for Indy 500

Andretti Autosport has👍 named Carlos Munoz as 🐻its sixth and final driver entry for the 102nd Indianapolis 500 in May 2018.

Munoz, 25, made his Indy 500 debut with Andretti in 2013, finishing second on debut, and spent three full seasons with the team between 2014 and 2016, recording another P2 finish in t🐼he la🅠st of his four '500 appearances for the team.

Munoz switched to AJ Foyt Enterprises for 2017, only to lose his seat after a difficult campaign🙈, but has been con🐓firmed to be returning for Andretti in the Indy 500 next year.

Andretti will field its four regular-season drivers - Alexande🎀r Rossi, Ryan Hunter-Reay, Marco An🤡dretti and Takuma Sato - along with Munoz and Stefan Wilson in the Indy 500.

"I am very excited to be a part of Andret꧒ti Autosport again. The team has been like family to me since day one, when I joined🧔 them five years ago to race Indy Lights," Munoz said.

"We have been so close to winning the Ind⛄y 500 – twice with the team ꦓ– so I am especially excited to be back for that race and hopefully we will have a good result this year. I need to thank Michael [Andretti] and J-F [Thormann] for believing in me and wanting me to back in their car for the Indy 500.

"I am also excited to be back with my teammates, and I think we wi🌜ll continue to work really well together. We have six cars, so hopefully we will have a strong team working with the new [areo kit].
