Reigning Bennetts British Superbike champions Paul Bird Motorsport has pulled the covers off its 2020 livery ꦬwhi💞ch features new title sponsor VisionTrack.

In a glitzy launch at London’s taꦅllest building the Shard, the BSB champion🎶s have retained its iconic Ducati red look with a fresh design ahead of the 2020 season.

Following Scott Redding’s move to the factory Aruba.it Racing Ducati squad in the World Superbike cha♏mpionship, Christian Iddon has been called in as his replacement alongside 2015 BSB champion Josh Brookes who is retained for 2020.

“The track re🐈cord of the Paul Bird Motorsport team speaks for itself,” Iddon said about signing for the reigning BSB champions. “Preparation has gone really well, I drove myself out to Portugal a few days ago to do some cycling and track days, then I’ll meet the team when they go to Monteblanco.

“It’s different for me from the last few years because I’ve ridden a bike before we get to r💜ound one, so I already feel like I am in a better position than I have been.

“I am in a privileged position because the team were 1-2 and the bike was 1-2-3 [in 2019] and as it stands Josh is the best rider in BSB, so I have a great team around me. Last year theꦅ team did a lot of work doing the really big stuff, so I will be piggy-backing from all their work last year.”

Assessing his own season, Brookes sayౠs his sole t♛arget remains the capturing a second career BSB title after narrowly missing out to Redding last year.

♕“We had an almost perfect year last year, I won ten races in the season and was five points off winning the championship so there is only a small margin of change needed to g🍷o better,” Brookes said. “I don’t feel we need to change a lot of things, we should keep doing things the way they are.

“I feel like last year t♛here was a lot of pressure on𝐆 with this bike, it was brand new for last year so Ducati as a motorcycle supplier perspective they were putting a lot of pressure and expecting the bike to perform straight away so as a rider you feel that you carry that expectation.”

The new-look VisionTrack Ducati team begins pre-season testing in Spain later this month in preparatio💎n for the 12-round 2020 campaign which starts at Silverstone on April 10-12.
