Valentino Rossi “mentally destroyed” his rivals “until he found riders smarter than him”, says a former MotoGP crew chief.

"That's why he hadn't won since 2009, because others assimilated certain things 𒈔for the first time.

Rossi was not, however, the fastest rider according to Forcada, a long-time crew chief who assisted Andrea Doviz𒈔ioso in 2022.

“He s🍨et the best times on the third lap on circuits he didn't know.
