Capirossi demoted by engine change

R꧒izla Suzuki's Loris Capirossi has become the first rider to suffer at the hands of the new MotoGP engine change limit.
A ma🔜ximum of five engine changes are all๊owed for each rider during the final seven rounds of this season.
Capirossi needed a sixth engine for Sunday's Australian Grand Prix and has thus been demoted to the back of the grid, while Suzuki will suffer ꦅa ten point penalty in the constr🔥uctors' championship.
Capirossi had qualified 13th.
In 2010, the rules will demand further i💫ncreases in engine life with each rider being limited to six engines for the whole 18-race series.
