The reigning MotoGP world champion says he will continue pushing with a line of development from the test, keeping the finer details clos❀elꦬy guarded during the riders’ press conference at the Red Bull Ring, but is confident of strong gains in Austria.
“On Monday’s test it was very busy for us as we had many things to try,” Marquez said. “Some of them we will try and introduce here s🌄tep-by-step as we found something interesting.
“Apart from that we will see here as we arrived with some gaps but this year eve♐rything is a bit clearer but also both Ducati riders, like we saw in Brno, they are both at a very high level so we will try to find the best way to fight with the them until the end.
“Both Ducati riders he🍎re last year were very fast and even tw✱o years ago so it will be tough but you must start the weekend in a positive way.
“We will try to be there and try to find the best set up and then on Sunday the podium in the main target, if we can fight for the victory we will try but since you haven’t tried the tyre🔥s or how is the feeling with the bike and tyres and asphalt you cannot say a lot.”
Marquez’s third place from Brno enabled him to increase his MotoGP world championship lead to 49 points on nearest riꦗval Valentino Rossi who finished in fourth place at the Czech Republic round.
