MotoGP: 'It didn't look pretty' - Smith witnesses Lorenzo highside

🃏On-board f🅰ootage appeared to suggest Lorenzo experienced some kind of technical problem, with his engine appearing to cut out just before the rear slid-out and threw the triple MotoGP champion into the air under braking at Turn 3.
While picking his words carefully,♑ Smith admitted it was a 'strange' incident and feels the fluid later found on the track was a result of Lorenzo's fall - not the cause of it.

"Obviously I don't really💦 know what happened. It seemed to be quite strange where it happened and what happened," said the KTM rider, who finished the day in 14th.
"I think Ducati will know more than me, but it didn't loo🐷k pretty and I don’t think that was nice to crash there.
"I think the liquid on the track was when after it crashed the bike started to flip, but up until that point I don’t think tܫhere was aꦯny problem [with the track]."
Lorenzo - already riding with foot injuri🍎es from Aragon - fortunately, escaped any fractures, but is undergoing further scans and i🦂t is unclear if he will be on track tomorrow.
