MotoGP’ latest race winner Brad Binder is eager to put open⛎ing day problems at a new circuit behind him at Silverstone.

Binder was part of a Thursday pre-event press conference which included three other riders (Joan Mir, Jorge Martin and Jake Dixon) who are also making their first ever premi🌌er class appearance at the British track, even though their level of MotoGP experience is all different.⛦

A constant theme for Binder at tracks he missed out on as a rookie in 2020 due to Covid-19, has been get💟ting off to a slow start relative to his rivals.

An💜d even though the South African has raced at Silverstone many times, the KTM rider stressed ‘no matter how many times you look through the data’, it’s always dif🅷ferent to prior experiences.

"We’ve all been here a few times ඣfor sure. It’s always a bit of a challenge with the first day at a new circuit on a MotoGP bike," said 𓆏Binder.

"No matter how you look at it, or how many times you look through𒆙 the data, you always find 💜it completely different to how I remember.

"The big goal for me is to try and be cဣomfortable straight away and hopefully not start off too far down🌺 the order like I have many times when I come to a new circuit on a MotoGP bike.

"This is a special track; last time we were here I really enjoyed it ﷽and I’m looking forward to riding a big bike around here for sure."

Away from the race this weekend, Binder is likely to be joined by his brother and current Moto3 rider Darryn Binder next season in 🎃MotoGP.

Darryn has already tested an M1 Yamaha ahead of a potential move to the ‘Petronas’ team, while a first MotoGP outing could be on the cards 🍸following Jake Dixon’s debut this weekend.

Speaking about having Darryn join him in the premier class next season, Brad added: "From my side, it would be great to have my brother𒉰 racing in MotoGP. I’d be super happy if that would happen.

"Maybe they could add another column... championship, rookies and then brothers to see where we are in points. All in all I think it could be super cool, b🥂ut let’s wait and see."
