Jorge Lorenzo bolted clear for his fifth victory of the year in Sunday's S⛦an Marino MotoGP, at Misano.

Pole sitter Marc Marquez dropped to a low of fourth𓆉 after an early braking mistaꦯke, then repassed Valentino Rossi and Dani Pedrosa.

R🤪ossi dropped away from the Hondas in the second half, while Pedrosa and Marquez excha🍷nged second place several times.

Marquez confirmed the runner𝓡-up spot in the closing laps, finishing 3.4s from Lorenzo, meaning Marquez's title lead has still grown from 30 to 34 points - but w༒ith Lorenzo and Pedrosa now tied for second.

Lorenz🍬o and Rossi were using the factory's new seamless shift gearbox for the first time in a grand prix.

Aleix Esဣpargaro, who had qualified on the second row, received a jump start penalty.

Ducati test rider Michele Pirro ඣwas again replacing the injured Ben Spies at Pramac.
