Lukas Dryml wins World Under-21 title.

Oxford's Czech sensation Lukas Dryml today won the⛎ World Under-21 Championship, after a dramatic run-off, held at Slany in his native Czech Republic y💧esterday.

He joined a very select group of individuals to become only the fifth Oxford team member to win a world championship medal, and only the third to win an individual title after the likes of Hans Nielsen (World Champion), Simon Wigg (World Lo🔥ngtrack Champion) as well as Todd Wiltshire and Leigh Adams (World Team Cup).

A delighted Vanessa Purchas♍e was the first to add her personal congratulation saying: "I know I speak for everyone at Oxford Speedway when saying: Well done Lukas!"

She also paid tribute to his other achievements. "This has been a huge year for Lukas in🅷 the Grand Prix and now with this title under his belt he can only go on to even better things".

Dryml won the title after a run-off with Krzysztof Kasprzak in Slany, Czech Reꦫpublic as both riders tied on fourteen points. David Howe was the highest Briti🎉sh rider with twelve points to finish third, Chris Harris was fourth on eleven and Oliver Allen was down the field with five points.
