Cook was in negotiations with the club but has decided to join Premier League rivals, the Stoke Potters instead.
The Arena Promotion stated that they were disappointed Cook had decided against joining the Hammers, even though they gave him his first chance to race in the Premier League when he made his debut as a guest for the injured Andy G💮alvin for the away match at Rye House on 14th September.
Cook scored two 👍points in that meeting and followed it up with further guest appearances at🐟 Reading and at Purfleet against Stoke.
